Process Optimization:

We start from the existing procedures, policies, processes and knowledge. These are inventoried from a meta position and evaluated. Together with the client we select these processes to be reviewed with the highest priority.

Key within process optimization is a close co-operation with key persons of the client. Through facilitated workshops with these key persons and based on our methodology and experience we define process improvements with a high probability of lasting change in the organisation.

Processes are clearly documented and visualized in a way they can be managed and measured.

People:

Starting from the optimized process we make the link to the organization. In co-operation with our clients we can draft an organization structure that supports the critical processes in an optimal way.

A first step in optimizing the current organisation can be a competency based evaluation of the current staff and defining the necessary competencies for every role in the organisation.

Systems:

Starting from a clear overview on the process level we select an IT solution that supports the client's key business processes. IUTUM will look for the most appropriate IT solution.
